Lamborghini has announced a new special edition model, the Revuelto NA63, specifically for the North American market. The production is limited to 63 units, a number that commemorates the company's founding year of 1963. This model focuses on exclusive aesthetic treatments rather than mechanical upgrades.
The Revuelto NA63 distinguishes itself through unique colorways and exterior details. One available combination is Blu Marinus paint with Rosso Mut red and matte Bianco Monocerus white stripes, a nod to the colors of the United States flag. Another option includes Bianco Sideralis with Rosso Mars and Blue Royal striping. Additional color schemes feature gray base paints with either blue and white or black and yellow stripes.
These custom liveries are complemented by colored carbon fiber on the front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser. Each vehicle will also feature a side badge and an interior serial number plate displaying a horned "63" logo, signifying its place in the limited production run.
The mechanical components of the Revuelto NA63 remain identical to the standard production model. The vehicle is powered by a 6.5-liter V-12 engine combined with two electric motors in a hybrid configuration. This powertrain delivers a total output of 1,001 horsepower and 739 lb-ft of torque. The performance figures are unchanged, as the special edition's modifications are purely cosmetic.
The release of the Revuelto NA63 follows a common strategy among supercar manufacturers to maintain brand excitement and offer exclusivity to collectors. By creating limited-run models with unique visual features, Lamborghini caters to a clientele seeking distinctive vehicles. The "NA" in the name explicitly targets the North American market, a significant region for the brand's sales. The model serves as both a tribute to Lamborghini's history and a strategic product for a key demographic of its customer base.
