What’s New: For the launch of Marathon Season 2, Bungie is offering a free Open Play Week from June 2 to June 9. During this event, Marathon is free to play on PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X. All progress made during this week will carry over if you continue playing after the free period.
How to Join:

What’s New: The Cradle lets players upgrade Runner Shells across six stat categories using Cradle experience, earned via the Matter Converter (which transforms items into XP). These upgrades unlock powerful perks and support specialized playstyles.
Collect items during play that can be fed into the upgrade loop.
Use the Matter Converter to transform those items into Cradle experience.
Distribute Cradle experience across the Shell’s stat categories based on your preferred playstyle.
