Sony has revealed the lineup of games joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2026. Subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers can look forward to a selection of titles, with a strong emphasis on expansive open-world adventures. These games will be available to download starting May 19.
The titles listed are part of the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, which is available exclusively to members with an Extra or Premium subscription. Unlike the monthly Essential tier games that you claim and keep as long as you're subscribed, the Game Catalog functions like a library. You can download and play any of these games for as long as they remain in the service and you have an active subscription.
This month's update brings several notable games to the service for players to explore.
Star Wars Outlaws (PS5)
This open-world adventure places you in the boots of scoundrel Kay Vess. Navigating the criminal underworld, you will take on contracts from various syndicates, face off against the Empire, and earn your reputation. The game also features the in-universe card game, Sabacc. Following several updates since its launch, it has become a significant title for Star Wars fans.
Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4)
Rockstar Games' acclaimed open-world Western epic makes its return to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. Players can once again step into the shoes of Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang in this sprawling and detailed depiction of the American frontier.
Here is the full list of games being added to the Game Catalog for Extra and Premium members. Note that some titles may be specific to the Premium tier.
These additions are separate from the May 2026 PlayStation Plus Essential tier games, which include EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and Nine Sols.
